FACILITY AND DOCTORS HOURS
Our facility is open Monday through Friday from 8 am until 8 pm; Saturdays 8 am until 2 pm Labor Day to Memorial Day and 8 am until 4 pm during the summer. Doctors' hours are by appointment throughout the day Monday through Saturday and Friday evening. We also offer Walk-in hours to see our doctors Monday through Thursday evenings from 6 pm until

Fees for many routine services are posted in the office and
available by telephone.

ADMITTING
All pets that stay at our facility must be current on vaccinations and canines must have a current negative heartworm test. Certificates or verification from the administering veterinarian must be provided. If unavailable within 24 hours of admittance, administration will be required at the owner's expense. The only exceptions to this policy are vaccinations contraindicated due to illness, at the time of hospitalization.
Vaccinations provide protection to your pet against specific illnesses.
By requiring that all pets be current, we offer the safest possible environment for your pet. Any pet with indications of external parasites will receive treatment at the owner's expense. We routinely treat the facility but treat pets only as needed or at owner's request. Fees
for many routine services are posted in the office and available by telephone. Pets are admitted and discharged Monday through Saturday during regular office hours. There is usually less delay if, on Monday through Thursday evenings, you arrive before walk-in hours.

SURGERY
Please telephone after 4 pm the day of surgery for an update on your pet and after 10 am the day of discharge to make certain your pet is ready for release. At discharge a staff member will review all instructions and answer any questions you may have, The success of many cases depends greatly on proper follow-up at home. Once your pet leaves the hospital, the quality of treatment and supervision it receives at home is your responsibility and we want you to understand the care needed. Please telephone immediately with any questions. Special attention must be given to pets with sutures, splints, casts, and bandages which must stay clean and dry. Extra charges are required if re-casting, re- bandaging, anesthesia, etc, are needed.
In most cases, sutures can be removed in 10-14 days with a regular incision, 14-21 days for a laser incision. Be sure to notify us if your pet chews, rubs, or scratches at sutures or bandages.
